Alexis Sanchez made his Manchester United debut against Yeovil Town on Friday. The Chilean failed to score in his first game, but tallied one assist to help the Red Devils secure a 4th round FA Cup victory. In addition, he set up Marcus Rashford to open scoring in the 41st minute. In Alexis’ debut, we saw small glimpses of skill that proves Sanchez to be a world-class player. The ideal player for Mourinho, Sanchez is explosive and composed, and allows Manchester United to play sit-back defense with quick counter attacks. While Manchester City is in great position to win the Premier League this season, Alexis Sanchez provides a vital piece for Manchester United to secure a Champions League spot for next year.
